Question Are you expensive?
Answer We don't think so, no! Serviceteam's pricing model is open and honest and most of our charges are displayed on this website. We believe that we offer excellent quality service at reasonable prices. Some companies offer you a cheap or free callout, but charge you heavily for their hourly rate or add a hefty supplement onto parts. Similarly, some companies will offer you an expensive service because their name allows them to charge a premium. Serviceteam offer free quotations for most work and our staff will always be up front about how much things are likely to cost you.

Question How much do you charge for quotations?
Answer Absolutely nothing! We provide FREE quotations which are fully specified with no obligation to you. We don't use pushy salespeople and you're free to decline our quote if you so wish.

Question How can I pay for the work I've had done?
Answer We accept cash, cheque and debit / credit card payments for all of our services.

Question Can I have a discount if I have more than one service from you?
Answer For larger projects we're happy to issue you with a FREE no obligation quote, and we always take into account how much work you're having done when compiling your quote.

Question How do we get the keys to you?
Answer In most cases you will be there when the service is provided. But we can pick keys up from estate agents on your behalf for quotes or in the evenings at your home - just let us know when you call us.

Question When will my engineer or tradesperson arrive?
Answer For your convenience we offer two-hour appointment slots. This means we won't keep you waiting all morning or evening for your appointment like some other companies.

Question Do you have a brochure I can see?
Answer Yes, our brochure contains a full description of all the services we offer and we'll send you one free - just click here or call us on 0207 437 0236.

Question Can I speak to someone for advice before I go ahead with a job?
Answer Of course! We are always happy to speak to you if you're not sure what you need or want some general advice. Our friendly team will try and answer any questions you might have about a job you need doing.

For bigger jobs such as building work or landscaping projects we can also arrange to come to your premises to talk things through with you, and we won't charge you for this.

Question I've forgotten when my engineer / landscaper is due to call, how can I found out?
Answer Our ServiceView system give you control over your order - simply enter your unique reference number into the ServiceView box and you can check the details of your order. Alternatively. you can log into your account to get a full breakdown of your orders, past and present as well as viewing your invoices.
